PeopleHero Inc. sets out the refund terms for paid ModaPOS services below, in line with the Korean Act on Consumer Protection in Electronic Commerce.
This refund policy applies to paid ModaPOS subscription services provided by PeopleHero Inc., including the Pro Plan. The service is intangible digital content delivered online, and payments are processed as recurring billing through Toss Payments.
① You may withdraw your subscription within 7 days of the purchase date or the date the service began, whichever is later. ② If you request within that window, we refund the amount you paid in full. ③ On withdrawal the Pro Plan ends immediately and your store returns to the Basic Plan.
① Even after the window in Article 2 has passed, the part of the service or content that has not been supplied (not used) yet is refundable. ② The refund is calculated by day: refund = amount paid × (days remaining ÷ total days in that billing period) ③ The day the period starts counts as a used day even if used only briefly, and amounts below one KRW are dropped. ④ The portion matching the period already delivered is not refundable. ⑤ Once refunded, you have been paid back for the remaining period, so the Pro Plan ends immediately.
① If you subscribed through the ModaPOS website, go to My Page > Subscription and press [Request a refund]. ② If you cannot request it there or have questions, contact support with your store name and sign-in email and we will take care of it.
① Once approved, the cancellation is submitted to your payment method immediately. ② For card payments it can take 3-5 business days for the refund to appear, depending on your card issuer. ③ Refunds are returned to the original payment method only.
① Cancelling auto-renewal stops the next charge; you keep the period you already paid for until it expires. ② A refund cancels the payment itself, and Pro Plan access ends as soon as the refund is made.
